The movie Dhamaka is directed by Ram Madhvani who has given great movies like Neerja & Aarya . The movie main characters are Arjun pathak & Raghubeer. Arjun pathak a self-interest ex-Tv news anchor who got an alarming call on a radio show where he sees a chance for a career comeback but it may cost him.
Arjun pathak got a call from Raghubeer when he was on AIR. Raghubeer wanted to tell something but Arjun thought it’s just a prank call but it wasn’t and there was a blast on the Sea link and he didn’t report to the cops instead of this he thought this will make him Prime time news reporter again and took all the risk of case in his hand.
Raghubeer, according to the movie, wants an apology from the Minister and Arjun is the way by which he can get an apology .The movie shows how innocent people are exploited by politicians and big people and among them one took a stand but in a wrong way just to get attention of people for an Apology .The movie is a remake of a South korean movie The terror live
The whole movie revolves around Arjun and the terrorist where one wants fame and recognition and the other wants justice where innocent people died with Saumya pathak, wife of Arjun pathak who live from the blast location ,though you have to watch the whole movie to know the end.
I personally didn’t like the climax much. It could have been better otherwise the starting was good, See you in the next review.
